From Google Maps: State College Area (Westerly Parkway and vicinity)
via CATA Transit from downtown State College: Take the R Bus Route
From the Southeast (Lewistown, Harrisburg, etc.)
Take US 322 west toward State College.
At the beginning of the Nittany Expressway (the US 322 bypass around State College), take the exit ramp to the right for Atherton Street and 322-Business West.
Follow Atherton Street approximately 3.5 miles to a traffic light at Westerly Parkway (at the bottom of a hill, one light after the intersection with South Allen Street and Waupelani Drive).
Turn left on Westerly Parkway, and proceed one-third of a mile to State College High School. The South Building is on the left.
From the Southwest (Tyrone, Altoona, etc.)
Take US 220/I-99 north toward State College. This will turn into the Nittany Expressway (the bypass around State College).
Take the exit for Atherton Street and 322-Business East.
Follow Atherton Street for approximately 4.5 miles, through downtown State College and the Penn State Campus.
Turn right at a traffic light for Westerly Parkway, at the bottom of a hill two blocks after a Pizza Hut.
Follow Westerly Parkway for one-third of a mile to State College High School. The South Building is on the left.
From the South (Huntingdon, etc.)
Follow PA 26 to State College. After the PA 26 split with PA 45 east of Pine Grove Mills, continue north on PA 26 through four traffic lights to Blue Course Drive, where there is a golf course to the left.
Turn right onto Blue Course Drive, then turn left at the next intersection onto Westerly Parkway.
Follow Westerly Parkway about one mile to State College High School. The South Building is on the right.
From All Other Points via I-80
Take exit 161 (Bellefonte) off of I-80.
Follow US 220 south/I-99 toward State College, and take exit 73 for US 322 east.
Follow the signs for US 322 east toward State College. After merging onto the US 322 expressway (stay in lane), take the next exit for PA 26.
Turn right (south) on PA 26, and continue 1.2 miles to the exit for University Drive and the Penn State Campus.
At the top of the exit ramp (there's a light), turn left onto University Drive, and continue four-tenths of a mile to a traffic light at Easterly Parkway (a driveway to a city park is on the left).
Turn right on Easterly Parkway, and proceed for 1.4 miles (the street becomes Westerly Parkway) to State College High School. The South Building is on the left.
