The Sierra Club-Lancaster Group, a non-profit organization, works to protect the environment. All funds raised by this event are used for environmental cleanup and education programs within Lancaster County. Funds raised in this year's event will support placement of Bill McKibben's celebrated book, Eaarth, in all Lancaster County libraries, and the planting of some 100 trees along Lancaster County waterways.

This fun trail run/hike will wind through scenic Lancaster County Central Park. All trails are well-maintained with some hills. Since the race is in January, be prepared to run or hike in snow. Bring a dog; they're welcome to hike with you and join in the merriment.

Race Details: The race begins and ends at Kiwanis Lodge, located on Kiwanis Dr., just off Eshelman Mill Rd.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the overall top three male & female runners and the top three male & female runners in each age category. The first three finishers with dogs will also receive prizes.
